Never received the parcel

No one called me to inform about the parcel first, then they auto filled that i was not able to collect the parcel for some reason. After 2 days tods n teens called and asked me why i did not received the parcel to which i told them delivery guys never called me to which i was told by tods n teens that i will receive it in next two days which i didn’t received again.
