At TodsNTeens, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 10-Day Refund & Exchange Policy on all eligible items.

Points to be noted:
- For every shipment's exchange/return request it is manadotry to have a parcel opening video.
- In case of a damage parcel, the customer must inform to our team immediately.
- It is adviced to refuse a broken seal or teared flyer from courier.

What’s Eligible:
- Unused, unwashed products.
- Items in original, intact packaging.
- Complaint can only be processed if the customer informs us within 10 days of shipping.
- Items on SALE or occasional / festive items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sensitive or Hygine items like Pacifiers, utensils, teethers, baby care/health, diapers or toiletries cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchange:
- Exchanges are a preffered choice.
- You can exchange your item for a different size or product, subjected to availability.
- In case of exchange, the team will discuss the return process from customer once the complaint is filed.
- Depending on the case, the delivery charges are either paid by our team or the customer.

Refund
- Refunds are open for everyone depending on the case *T&C Applied.
- The order amount gets refunded after cutting 10% operational cost along with ACTUAL shipping charges already paid by our team to third party courier.
- Items on Sale are not refunded.
- Used items are not reunded.
- Items without originial packaging are not refunded.
- For every refund case, the customer has to sent us back the shiipment, our team will check the shipment carefully and then process the return. The timing of this process is 10 business days after the shipment has been received by our team.
- Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer. JazzCash / EasyPaisa are not supported.
