What are the delivery charges?
It’s PKR 195/- nation wide on regular orders. For international shipments or urgent deliveries, the charges may vary on the case. Our team can guide accordingly.
What is your delivery time?
Delivery time is between 3 to 6 working days for domestic orders after confirmation (from within Pakistan). It is 7-15 working days for International orders.
What are the shipping charges?
200 PKR for nationwide delivery in Pakistan. International shipping charges, are calculated at checkout according to the customer’s location.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel your order, you need to inform our customer service before your order has been dispatched. If your orders have been dispatched, no cancellations are entertained since orders are shipped promptly to make sure there are no delays in shipping and you get your order on time. Our shipments leave at 4pm every day, so, for cancellations, ideally the customer is supposed to cancel before the first 4pm that comes after he/she has placed the order. TodsNTeens has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, etc.
